We check that the substrate is clean, sufficiently dry and suitable. Damaged joints or leaks are discussed first.
A small test area helps assess absorption, appearance and consumption.
Windows, doors, vents, plants and sensitive components are protected.
The product is applied evenly according to the manufacturer’s specification and coverage rate.
Treated areas are checked for even coverage, absorption and overspray.
After the required drying/curing time, the façade is checked and the treatment is documented.

Dutch sources indicate around €7–€12 per m² for waterproofing alone. Belgian sources indicate roughly €8–€12 per m². German sources show about €5–€15 per m² depending on material. These references cover the treatment itself; a professional project also includes inspection, test area, protection, transport and an operating reserve. UK prices are not converted one-to-one because product selection and VAT differ, so they are treated only as a broad international benchmark.
Waterproofing is not the correct solution for every moisture problem. The façade must be suitable and sufficiently clean/dry, and defects may need repair first. Actual pricing depends on brick type, absorption, area, access, product choice, preparation and weather. Materials and supplier costs can change. A final quotation follows inspection.
