This example covers approximately 150 m² of brick façade affected by dirt, moss and deposits. The cleaning method is selected after inspection, with windows, doors, planting and surrounding paving protected.
Brick, joints, contamination and vulnerable areas are assessed before selecting a suitable test and cleaning method.
A small test area is reviewed. Windows, doors, plants and paving are protected.
Moss, algae and stubborn deposits are treated where required so the surface can be cleaned in a controlled way.
The façade is cleaned using appropriate pressure, temperature and technique to minimise stress on the surface.
Released contamination is removed and the surface is checked evenly for remaining deposits.
The work zone is left clean and we discuss whether local repointing or waterproofing is appropriate.

Actual pricing depends on brick type, joints, contamination, cleaning method, height, access, water handling, protection, scaffold/access equipment and additional requirements. Materials and external costs can change. We assess the façade before selecting a safe method and then issue a final quotation.
