Step by step · how the project is executed
Secure the work area
Walkways are kept clear and marked where needed. Equipment and water points are positioned safely.
Clean the glass
Glass is pre-treated and cleaned with professional equipment. Pole-fed or other access equipment can be used for height.
Frames & details
Frames and agreed edge areas are cleaned according to the scope.
Quality check
Each façade side is checked for streaks, residue and hard-to-reach areas.
Handover
The site is left tidy and a recurring maintenance schedule can be agreed if required.

2026 market comparison · window cleaning
Dutch commercial guides indicate roughly €1.50–€3.00 per m² for exterior glass and up to around €5.00 per m² inside and outside; other Dutch sources quote about €2–€6 per m² for commercial properties. German guidance is around €2–€6 per m² or €30–€50 per hour. UK references put commercial window cleaning broadly around £100–£500 per job and £25–£40 per hour. Access, height, frequency and access equipment can materially change the price.
